With the goal to contribute to the consolidation and the assurance of the purchasing policy, Fundicion Nodular S.A., has several general purchasing guidelines in accordance with the principles of responsibility and the attainment of corporate objectives.

The application of said general purchasing guidelines aims to safeguard and strengthen the principles of industrial productivity, the quality, sustainable development, safety and a continual improvement.

A cooperative and close interaction among the executive management, purchasing department and our legal counsel permitted to draw up and define Fundicion Nodular General Purchasing Terms, as well as to keep them up to date in accordance with the latest legal changes.

The purchasing conditions regulate our relationship with vendors in absence of or complementing particular contractual obligations - within the framework agreed upon by the group. Special purchasing terms are embodied in the specifications of the acquired product/service and the nature of the liaison with our suppliers.
